posteds.net is a social media ad publishing platform operated by Media Oasis. We help businesses and individuals in Saudi Arabia create and publish advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to deliver our service:

• Ad content — the text, images or video you submit for publication.
• Contact details — an optional WhatsApp number or link you provide for your ad.
• Payment reference — a transaction ID and amount generated by our payment processor (HyperPay). We do not store card numbers or banking credentials.
• Account information — if you register, your email address and a hashed password.
• Usage logs — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To publish your ad on the social media platforms you select.
• To process your payment and send payment confirmations.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Platforms

When we publish your ad on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat or TikTok, your ad content is transmitted to those platforms under their own terms and privacy policies. Please review the privacy policies of those platforms separately.

We use HyperPay for payment processing and Cloudinary for image hosting. These services process data under their own privacy policies.

5. AI-Generated Content

If you use our AI ad generation feature, your category and title are sent to Google Gemini or OpenAI APIs to generate ad copy and images. These providers process your input under their own privacy policies. We do not use your ad content to train AI models.

6. Data Retention

Your ad content and payment records are retained for a minimum of 12 months for legal and accounting purposes, then deleted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in if you create an account. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

9. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Payment data is handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
