1. The Service

posteds.net publishes advertisements submitted by users on third-party social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok) through accounts operated by posteds.net. By submitting an ad you authorise us to publish your content on those platforms.

2. Payment & Pricing

Each ad costs 30 SAR, payable up front. Payment is final and non-refundable once an ad has been published. If we are unable to publish your ad on any platform for reasons within our control, you may request a re-post at no extra cost.

3. Acceptable Content

You may not submit ads that:

• promote illegal goods or services under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
• contain hate speech, harassment, pornographic or explicit content;
• infringe any third party's intellectual property rights;
• impersonate another person or brand;
• violate the community guidelines of Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat or TikTok.

posteds.net may refuse or remove any ad at its sole discretion.

4. Accounts & Content

You retain ownership of the text and media you submit. By submitting, you grant posteds.net a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, adapt and publish that content across the listed social-media platforms for as long as the ad is live.

5. Availability

We operate on a best-effort basis. Platform outages, algorithm changes or account suspensions on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat or TikTok are outside our control.

6. Privacy

We store only what we need to deliver your ad: the content you submit, optional contact details and a payment reference. We do not sell your data.
